Executive Management Transformation Program
This program is custom-designed for companies who wish to radically change their management style, norms, values, and behaviors. The program emphasizes high involvement beginning with top-level managers, and cascading mangement participation through all of the management ranks until all managers have a contribution and accountability to the major changes to take place in the future. It is highly adaptable for large scale company cultural transformations such as autocratic to collaborative management styles. The
program
consists of three phases: Phase 1 of the program begins with executive
facilitation and training of relevant leadership topics. Courses are
custom tailored to address specific company issues, such as a need to
change from an autocratic management style to one of empowerment, etc.
Courses emphasize collaborative dialogue and transparent
communications, and are facilitated with this in mind. Courseware is
experiential-based and draws out individual contributions in the
workshop. In Phase 2, participants develop purpose and
mission statements, new norms/values, 3-year strategic objectives,
performance metrics, 12-month tactical objectives/action plans to be
used
immediately. They not only develop what needs to be done, but
how objectives will be measured and accomplished, and who is
accountable.
Top level objectives and action plans are cascaded vertically downward
through the management ranks until all managers have an individual
contribution and accountability to changing the company for the future.
In Phase 3, participants revise policies to
align with the new direction, and restructure processes, procedures,
organization,
and job descriptions to fit the new policies. Custom tailored programs are designed as
